SR3Z [Outer groove side]

Features

  • It’s designed for use with lathes, for burnishing with a single roller.
  • Groove side walls can be burnished with a single tool.
  • Stable finishing can be achieved by adjustable load.
  • Applicable for a wide range of materials, from steel to non-ferrous metals
  • The roller corner radius of R0.2 minimizes the non-burnishing area.
  • Achieves a roughness of Rz 0.8 µm or less, which is difficult to accomplish with machining.
