ZEISS SPECTRUM family
Unmatched Performance and Flexibility in its classDiscover the ZEISS SPECTRUM family
The ZEISS SPECTRUM family is unique in its class. The bridge-type coordinate measuring machines provide great accuracy values and sensor flexibility. Benefit from advanced technology, efficient processes, optional active scanning as well as highly accurate measurement results for a range of parts and applications. In addition to reliable tactile measurements, ZEISS SPECTRUM CMMs also offer optical scanning through their compatibility with our new laser scanner ZEISS LineScan One. Optical scanning is a highlight in this class, offering an excellent price-performance ratio.
Benefits
The ZEISS SPECTRUM family offers the best price-performance ratio and solutions that are tailored to your needs – be it single point measuring, scanning mode, RDS for complex structures or optical measuring. This enables easy decision-making based on the application.

ZEISS SPECTRUM provides the highest performance in its class. By scanning a multitude of single points, errors from single point measurements are eliminated and a greater certainty of results is achieved.

Tactile and optical scanning
With the new LineScan One laser scanner, ZEISS SPECTRUM offers tactile and optical scanning in one system. Dual scanning possibilities enable a higher efficiency for the growing demand of geometrically complex workpieces.

Smart footprint & measuring volume
The small footprint of 2.2 m2 (including the backpack controller box) leaves more space in the measuring room. Moreover, the compact design of the new sensor saves 30% of the measurement space.

System stability & reliability
ZEISS SPECTRUM is equipped with glass ceramic scales that are virtually expansion-free over a wide range of temperatures. A stiffer base frame and tripod construction offer perfect force transition and earthquake protection.

Flexibility & efficiency
ZEISS SPECTRUM’s step range of 5° in A and B axes enables 5,184 possible positions; ZEISS SPECTRUM verity’s step range of 2,5° achieves 20,736 positions. With CAA, the time for full qualification only takes 12 minutes.ty of results is achieved.

Ergonomics & usability
The machine operator benefits form a user-friendly and ergonomic working position in front of the CMM. The reduced overall height and footprint of ZEISS SPECTRUM further support ergonomic working conditions.

Flexible scanning
ZEISS SPECTRUM is equipped to be the ideal match from measuring small electronics up to larger housings in the automotive industry.
